Study on the Effect of Different Factors on the Change of the Phosphorus-Rich Phase in High Phosphorus Steel Slag

With the use of high phosphorus iron ore, there is a large amount steel slag formed, which difficult to handle. How separate elemental has become key issue in secondary utilization slag. Experiments found that were distinct phosphorus-rich phases, iron-rich phases and matrix high-phosphorus cooled with furnace. In this study, effects heat treatment conditions basicity on P2O5 content, as well size phase investigated. Taking all factors into consideration, optimal experimental determined holding temperature time 1350 °C 60 min, respectively, 1.8. At time, content reached 24.2%, average was 63.51 μm.
